Information on how to submit a report as a whistleblower

For general complaints or questions about our services, please contact us at our general contact address or get in touch with your point of contact!

If you have observed an event that you would like to report, you can submit your report here – of course, also confidentially and anonymously. However, your report can usually be processed more effectively if our officer for whistleblower protection can contact you and you provide your contact details for this purpose.

We are committed to protecting whistleblowers. We do not tolerate any pressure on whistleblowers or their discrimination. In return, the presumption of innocence applies to the person concerned as long as they have not been convicted of a violation. All information in your report will be treated in strict confidence. Your identity will not be disclosed to others without your prior and express consent (exceptions may apply in particular in the case of official investigations or court proceedings).

Please only submit reports if you are certain that the facts you are reporting are true. You should refrain from deliberately making false allegations or reporting untrue facts, as this may make you liable to prosecution as a whistleblower. If in doubt, mark your report as a hunch or a third-party statement.

Reporting by email

It is also possible to report a concern by email. Please note that such a report is not automatically encrypted or anonymized.

Personal report (online meeting or on-site)

Use the phone number to report by phone and make an appointment for a protected online meeting.

Alternatively, you have the option of a personal meeting at one of the locations of our officer for whistleblower protection or at a location of your choice.
